Vegan chocolate spread
A perfect addition to your morning sourdough or crepes.
Servings: 4 serving
- 1 Sweet Potato medium
- 4 pieces of Dark Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Preheat the oven to 200°C, cut sweet potato in half and bake it for approximately 30 minutes (or until it is completely soft).
Once your sweet potato is soft, take it out from the oven and smash it with a fork while hot. Add pieces of chocolate and let it melt. Then mix it well with sweet potato and peanut butter.
Let it cool before serving.
