Breakkie chickpea paste

Breakkie chickpea paste

A while ago I shared with you a recipe for Breakfast Banana Muffins which is my to-go breakfast. But then I realized that not everyone has a sweet tooth and a savory idea also should come up on this blog.

That’s why I thought about simple, delicious and nourishing sandwiches with Breakkie Chickpea Paste. While I was doing my research, I saw that many people want to create it as a vegan tuna salad. And I have to tell you that there are some similarities in the taste but it is not vegan tuna paste. Period.

It is full of flavor, protein and what’s important it’s full of fiber and if you’ll serve this paste on a wholegrain sourdough bread and some veggies (green cucumber is amazing!), you’ll be full for hours.

So, what do you think about it? Would you like to try it? Let me know in the comments what’s your verdict.
