They say that veganism is difficult and extreme and to be honest I believed in this for a long time. We’ve been raised in society that thought us that you won’t grow your muscles if you don’t eat meat, you won’t have strong bones without milk and pizza without cheese won’t taste good. And that’s okay. The change doesn’t take time over one night, I know that because this is what I’ve experienced.

When I came to Scotland for the first time, I had to get a job quickly to have money for well… food. I got a job and I cried but not because I was happy. I cried because I got a job in a meat factory and I knew it won’t be easy and pleasant. I worked there for almost 6 months and was fed up with the cruelty and excessive meat ‘production’. That was the most difficult and extreme experience in my life. Did I decided to go vegan when I was working there? NOPE. It took some time since I quit eating meat (almost 2 years to be specific) and year later I became vegan. Since then, I’ve tried and loved more foods combinations than I did in my whole pre-vegan life. That’s why I’ll show you how to be vegan magician in your own kitchen, with my simple recipes.
